Transfer Terms & Transparency Declaration
1. The Single Disclosed Wallet
All honor patronage contributions are sent to one publicly disclosed personal wallet:
EHHPsci6pKbfL71t73KNCXrtanM1TWPrWYJZ1ik1b5FH
Verify this address only on this website. The Architect will never message you first, and will never ask you to transfer to any other address.
2. On-Chain, Transparent, Public
Every transfer settles on Solana Mainnet. Every transaction is public, transparent, and independently verifiable by anyone, at any time, forever — via Solscan ↗. The chain is the ledger. Nothing is hidden, and nothing can be quietly altered.
3. The Patron Ledger
- One seat = 100 USDC, sent as a one-time honor contribution.
- After transferring, contact the Architect with your wallet address and the Document you back.
- Your seat is recorded in the public Patron Ledger — wallet, seat number, and Document — published and permanently maintained.
- When a Document's 49 seats are filled, that edition closes forever. Total capacity: 294 seats.
4. Order of Arrival, Allocation & Refunds
- First come, first recorded. Seats are assigned strictly in the order transfers are confirmed on Solana Mainnet. Seat №1 is the first confirmed 100 USDC transfer. The ledger follows the chain — not the Architect.
- 100 USDC = 1 seat. A transfer of N × 100 USDC claims N seats, while seats remain.
- Closure. When a Document's 49 seats are filled, that edition closes permanently and intake stops for it.
- Full refund of excess. Any remainder above whole seats, any transfer below 100 USDC, and any transfer received after closure is refunded in full — original amount, same asset (USDC), to the sender's address. The Architect bears all network fees.
- Verification. Every allocation and every refund is an on-chain transaction, visible in the same public ledger.
5. Use of Funds
Contributions fund the research and development of the foundation layer: architecture, code audits, and long-term groundwork. Periodic transparency notes will be published. This wallet is personal — not a multisig, not a custodian, not a corporate entity — and this is stated plainly, by design.
6. Finality
On-chain transfers are irreversible. Refunds occur only as described in Section 4, at the Architect's initiative. No chargebacks exist on-chain, and none are promised beyond the stated refund rules.
7. Impostors & Phishing
Beware of look-alike addresses and impersonators. Copy the address only from this site. Any wallet other than the one published here is fraudulent by definition.
8. Acceptance
By transferring, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Transfer Terms together with the Disclaimer & Terms of Use.
Everything is recorded. Everything is public. Verify everything.
